How do I place an order?

Add all your products to your "virtual basket" and submit the order. You will receive an email confirming everything you have ordered so you can check quantities and products. If you need to make a change, give us a quick call, we are happy to help. If you are happy that everything is correct, simply follow the payment instructions provided in the order confirmation email. You can make payment via BACS (internet banking) or Barclays PingIt.

How do I know I will get my goods if I don't have the security of paying by credit card?

Dalesway was established in 1995, so 2017 marks 22 years in business, which we are very proud of. We are a family owned and run business who believe good customer relationships are essential. While our online product showcase - Zooprint - is quite new, the people and the philosophy have not changed. Read more on our About Us page. You can rest assured that we are not a "fly-by-night" operation. We want to build long term relationships with customers, not swindle a handful of Pounds from you. Where do you deliver to?

Our system is currently set up for the UK and Ireland only. If you don't see your territory listed in the delivery options, give us a quick call and we would be happy to help.

Are all deliveries free?

Unfortunately we cannot deliver all orders free. However, if you order more than £150 of consumables and you live in Zone A or B (see our delivery map and info), your goods will be delivered free of charge. To make this fair to our clients that are not in Zone A or B, we offer a discount on delivery over £150 to all zones.

Equipment, which includes Epson printers, is not part of the free delivery offer, so please enquire online or phone us for a freight quote on machinery. More information on delivery costs can be found by following the link for Delivery Information on the left.

Do I have to register before using your site?

No. We do not require registration. However, if you would like to earn loyalty points each time you shop with us, it will be necessary.

Do you offer 30 day accounts?

It may be possible to set up an account. Account facilities are only offered to approved customers after placing at least three orders.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot offer membership to our loyalty club to customers with 30 day accounts, so you will not be able to collect reward points on purchases if you are granted this facility.
